Position Summary

We are in search of a dedicated full-time Bartender to join our Food & Beverage department, reporting directly to the Bar Supervisor. This role offers the chance to cultivate a culture of unforgettable experiences for our members and their guests. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication abilities and deliver exceptional member service while upholding the highest standards of integrity. You should thrive under pressure, be a cooperative team member, organized, adaptable, self-driven, and dependable.

As part of our enthusiastic year-round Food & Beverage team, you will collaborate with managers, supervisors, and both front and back of house staff, alongside an extraordinary group of seasonal personnel from around the globe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet members and guests warmly as they approach the bar.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to established recipes.
  • Ensure consistent beverage quality by following recipes and presentation standards.
  • Monitor member satisfaction, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar equipment, ensuring the bar area is well-stocked and orderly.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and replenish supplies as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of three months of bartending experience in the hospitality sector.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation.
  • Proficient in using POS technology.
  • Ability to meet physical demands: standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
