Overview

Job Description:
The Coffee Specialist is responsible for warmly welcoming all guests at the counter. Attendance during the pre-shift meeting is essential, along with familiarity with the day's activities.

Ensure all necessary items for service, including ice, coffee, cups, and food items, are stocked to guarantee a successful service.

Knowledge of the menu is required, and the ability to prepare all requested beverages is essential. Maintain cleanliness at the counter throughout service, attend to guest needs, ensure accurate order processing, and resolve any issues promptly.

Proficiency in utilizing a POS system for order entry is necessary.

Responsibilities also include assisting with closing tasks such as restocking, cleaning, and preparing closing reports for the next shift.

Minimum Requirements:

1 year of experience in a coffee service role preferred
Ability to work weekends and holidays and a varied schedule
Ability to greet guests using appropriate language clearly and professionally

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods
Must be able to work in varying temperature conditions
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
