We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Medical Records Coordinator. This role involves maintaining accurate and confidential patient records while ensuring compliance with LCDF policies and standards. As part of our front office team, you will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and colleagues alike.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on courtesy and respect. Bilingualism in English and Spanish is required. You should have a high level of organization, attention to detail, and adaptability to communicate effectively with various staff members. Your ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality will be crucial in this role.

In addition to your administrative duties, you will have the opportunity to develop your analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, while maintaining a positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences. Basic math skills and proficiency in using Windows-based software are essential for this position.
