Business Operations Coordinator

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Manager to join our team in San Francisco. In this role, you will play a key part in creating a productive and welcoming environment while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Your responsibilities will include managing and optimizing operations for recruiting, HR processes, and office management. You will coordinate interview scheduling, support onboarding processes, maintain accurate employee records, and administer benefits.
You will also oversee daily office operations, manage office supplies and vendor relationships, plan team events, and serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and external vendors.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
