About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Sage Eldercare Solutions. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our senior clients, providing personalized support and care to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance and companionship to assigned clients, promoting their physical, social, and emotional well-being.
  • Promote clients' quality of life through meaningful activities and conversations, fostering a sense of purpose and fulfillment.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation, as well as transportation, to ensure clients' comfort and convenience.
  • Follow care plans and instructions, communicating effectively with the Sage Home Care Manager to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Complete electronic daily shift reports to maintain accurate records and facilitate quality improvement.
  • Comply with Sage Eldercare's Policies and Procedures, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience working with a Home Care agency, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional care.
  • Experience working with dementia clients, with a deep understanding of their unique needs and challenges.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with a commitment to ensuring clients' safety and well-being.
  • Passion for working with seniors to improve their quality of life, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
