Job Summary

**Job Title:** Representative-Welcome Center

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Representative-Welcome Center. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service to members and guests, promoting and selling memberships and programs, and maintaining a professional appearance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
  • Monitor security issues and respond promptly
  • Interview, give tours, and sell memberships to prospective members
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions
  • Build strong relationships with members and promote a positive member experience
  • Resolve concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary
  • Manage cash receipts and accounts with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Work a flexible schedule with 10-20 hours per week
Requirements
  • Previous customer service and sales experience
  • Knowledge of office procedures and protocols
  • Experience working with diverse backgrounds and populations
  • Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
