Abercrombie & Kent USA seeks a highly skilled Sales Director to lead the East Coast sales team, driving revenue growth and yield targets in the eastern half of the United States. This role requires strategic planning, execution, and relationship-building with key clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed annual revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with the management team to formulate regional sales plans and budgets
- Manage and train a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the travel industry
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
