Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Regional Vice President to join our growing global sales leadership team and support a growing territory in the Eastern United States. As RVP, you'll be responsible for recruiting, training, and leading a team of high-caliber enterprise account executives in the region.

Main Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of enterprise account executives, inspiring them to exceed their revenue targets.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and technologies to provide guidance and support to your team.
  • Drive pipeline generation, forecasting, and accountability to deliver predictable and scalable regional business results.
  • Implement and execute our value-based selling approach across the team, ensuring consistent messaging and execution.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including MLE, customer success, alliances, pre-sales, and account development.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of enterprise selling experience and 3+ years of management experience at a fast-paced, high-growth B2B software company.
  • Significant experience and proven results selling into and navigating the complexities of an Enterprise environment across multiple industries.
  • Experience negotiating large, complex deals with extreme price pressures and considerations.
  • Previous experience working at a high-growth early-stage B2B software company.
  • Proven track record of over-achieving quota in both individual contributor and management capacities.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
  • Experience implementing MEDDPICC or a comparable sales qualification framework.
