Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive clinical relationships and engagement with physician practices, members, and pharmacies to improve health, well-being, quality, and practice performance.
  • Partner with internal teams to identify performance improvement opportunities and develop comprehensive, provider-specific plans to increase physician practice performance and reduce readmissions.
  • Utilize data analytics, technology, and workflow changes to proactively identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Facilitate effective education and reporting to support clinical practice performance and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in a healthcare background with medical terminology familiarity of clinical issues.
  • 1+ year of working experience with ICD-9/10 and CPT Codes.
  • Ability to travel 60% of the time for business meetings and 40% remote work.
  • Experience working in a physician, provider, and/or medical office is preferred.
