Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate personalized training sessions for individuals and small groups
  • Conduct introductory fitness assessments for new members
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of workout areas
  • Engage actively with members throughout the fitness space
  • Oversee equipment upkeep and report any maintenance needs
  • Potentially lead Group Exercise classes
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer
  • Possession of a nationally recognized training certification (ACSM, NSCA, NASM, ACE, etc.)
  • Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong skills in customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • A degree in health, wellness, or fitness-related field is preferred
