About the Role:

Restore First Health seeks a skilled Community Liaison to expand our Advanced Wound Therapy Team. Based in Jacksonville, this full-time position requires exceptional communication and sales skills to drive referrals and growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement strategies to increase brand awareness among medical professionals and entities.
  • Emphasize Restore First Health's expertise in mobile wound care, highlighting our innovative treatments and patient-centric approach.
  • Regularly meet or surpass sales targets by efficiently leveraging marketing channels, networking opportunities, and educational events.
  • Ensure daily updates of sales activities and progress on our Outreach Tracker or CRM platform.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our wound care offerings, product capabilities, and patient benefits.
  • Partner with business development and clinical teams to create novel approaches for attracting new clients and increasing lead generation.
  • Develop targeted marketing materials and collaborate with organizations to enhance customer engagement.
  • Cultivate positive working relationships with colleagues, referring providers, and external partners.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare business development with an emphasis on building and maintaining relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Insurance, and the home health industry.
