Job Summary:

The Office Manager will provide administrative support to the clinic, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of administrative staff, providing guidance and feedback as needed.
  • Manage and coordinate administrative programs and office activities, including file maintenance and patient records.
  • Develop and implement procedures and policies for office activities and training.
  • Assist with planning community outreach events and attending staff meetings as required.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, interoffice memorandums, contracts, forms, and reports.
  • Monitor clinical staff credentialing process, including collection of documentation and verification of credentials.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years secretarial or administrative experience required; prefer experience in a healthcare setting.
  • One year of supervisory experience required.
  • Knowledge of administrative processes and systems, including word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Detail oriented, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.
