Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhancing the lives of our residents by providing compassionate care and support
  • Collaborating with team members to onboard and train new staff
  • Safely transporting residents to appointments and outings, utilizing appropriate equipment
  • Maintaining effective communication with the facility to ensure timely transportation and reporting any incidents
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED; or relevant experience in transportation or training
  • Valid CDL License for drivers of larger vehicles
  • Strong customer service skills and alignment with our core values
  • CNA certification preferred; willingness to obtain certification within six months of employment
