  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects, ensuring an active pipeline of qualified new business leads and nurturing existing clients.
  • Prospect Visits and Follow-ups: Regularly visit prospects, follow up on proposals and quotations, and perform daily relationship-building activities, which may require up to 60% travel.
  • Reporting and Team Management: Provide weekly reports to the CEO on the prospective client pipeline and the sales team's goals and accomplishments. Meet regularly with the sales team to update, align focus with business strategy, and resolve issues or concerns.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, industry groups, and associations, negotiating and closing agreements with prospective clients.
