The Administrative Assistant will serve as the first point of contact in the Student Financial Services Office, providing excellent customer service to students, families, and visitors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting students and families, assessing their needs, and directing them to appropriate personnel.
- Providing telephonic customer service, taking messages, and delivering them to the appropriate department.
- Maintaining student files and financial aid documents, performing clerical tasks, and processing transactions.
- Preparing daily deposits, overseeing Transact cashiering, and tracking department engagements.
- Updating student information, ordering office supplies, and assisting with projects as needed.
Requirements include:
- Associate Degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Previous office management experience preferred.
- Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
