  2. Providing telephonic customer service, taking messages, and delivering them to the appropriate department.
  3. Maintaining student files and financial aid documents, performing clerical tasks, and processing transactions.
  4. Preparing daily deposits, overseeing Transact cashiering, and tracking department engagements.
  5. Updating student information, ordering office supplies, and assisting with projects as needed.

Requirements include:

  • Associate Degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Previous office management experience preferred.
  • Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
