Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Engagement:
    Act as a primary contact for employment-related policies and programs, providing guidance to employees and management. Monitor employee relations actions to ensure sound practices are applied.
  • Recognition Programs:
    Administer and promote employee recognition initiatives.
  • Event Coordination:
    Organize employee events and serve on the Culture Riders committee to support and coordinate employee-driven activities.
  • General HR Functions:
    Oversee the employee onboarding process, including paperwork completion and orientation. Respond to employment verification requests and address routine inquiries regarding benefits and payroll.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local laws.
  • Payroll Management:
    Manage employee data within the HRIS system, ensuring accurate payroll processing and record maintenance.
  • Benefits Administration:
    Become knowledgeable about the full benefits package to assist employees with inquiries. Facilitate wellness initiatives and administer the workers' compensation program.
