Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our District Management team in achieving revenue growth and operational excellence. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills to drive business expansion, improve client relationships, and enhance overall performance.
Key Responsibilities- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue across assigned units, leveraging market trends and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Financial Performance: Analyze financial data to optimize budget management, identify areas for cost reduction, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Operational Excellence: Lead teams in implementing efficient operations, maintaining safety standards, and adhering to company policies and regulations.
- Proven track record in business development and leadership roles, with experience in hospitality, retail, or facilities management.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective client relationships, communicate complex information, and negotiate contracts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial analysis and budget planning.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, with advanced degree preferred.
Aramark Corporation offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $160,000, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.
