We are a dynamic technology company seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Project Leader to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year.

Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex technology projects. As a Digital Transformation Project Leader, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing technology projects using industry-standard project and process management techniques. You will create project estimates, reports, resource, and capacity planning, and recommend the integration of new technology based on the project scope. Effective communication of key project information to stakeholders is also essential.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of professional project or program management experience.
  • Formal education in Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field can be substituted for the following years of experience:
  • Associate's Degree: 1 year
  • Bachelor's Degree: 2 years
  • Master's Degree: 3 years
  • Providing relevant ideas and perspectives on process or practice improvements.
  • Tracking a project's performance to analyze successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Creating detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Performing quality control on a project throughout development to maintain expected standards.
  • Utilization of industry Project Management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Earned certifications from a recognized certification institution in the pertinent technology field that reflects and demonstrates a mastery of the subject matter.
