Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction, including project management and leadership roles
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
