About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Leadership Professional to join our team at Omm IT Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing technology projects using industry-standard project and process management techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage technology projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Analyze project performance data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality deliverables.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in project or program management, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Formal education in Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field can be substituted for relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and PMBOK.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard project management software, such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and Visio.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Earned certifications from recognized institutions, such as CAPM, PMP, PMI-PBA, or DASM.
  • Experience with software development life cycles, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Knowledge of database management systems, network infrastructure, and cloud computing platforms.
  • Ability to lead and motivate project teams, foster collaboration, and promote a culture of innovation and excellence.
