Department Supervisor Role

As a Department Supervisor at Home Depot, you will play a crucial role in leading, training, and developing associates in each department to ensure customers receive exceptional service and can easily find the merchandise they need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and train associates to provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement operational and merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Provide valuable input to the Store Management Team and Operations Team on operational and merchandising decisions
  • Maintain strong product and operational knowledge
  • Manage and coordinate store departments, including Building Materials, Decor, Electrical, Flooring, Gardening, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, Pro Account Sales, Tool Rental, Front End, Freight, Receiving, Associate Support, Special Services, and Merchandising Execution
