Requirements
  • 12+ months retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams, with a focus on customer service, sales growth, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
