Job Title: Behavioral Therapist - Autism Specialist

About Us: ABA Support Services LLC is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children and adolescents on the autism spectrum.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified Behavioral Therapist - Autism Specialist to join our team in the Lehigh Valley area. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for providing ABA services to children and adolescents with autism, working closely with our team of experienced professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ABA services to children and adolescents with autism, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
  • Work closely with our team of experienced professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless transition of services and effective communication.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness in children and adolescents with autism.
  • Develop and implement behavioral interventions to address areas of concern and promote positive behavior change.
  • Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on ABA techniques and strategies.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices in ABA and autism treatment.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g. Psychology, Education, Special Education).
  • BCBA certification or eligibility for certification.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents with autism, preferably in an ABA setting.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
