**Responsibilities:**

As a BCBA, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for clients
  • Providing direct behavioral services to clients, including assessment, intervention, and consultation
  • Supervising and training staff on behavioral interventions and strategies
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Conducting regular progress monitoring and outcome evaluations to inform treatment decisions

**Requirements:**

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., behavior analysis, psychology, education)
  • BCBA certification and licensure (LBS) in good standing
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a reputable clinic, home, or school program providing direct services to children with autism
  • Knowledge of insurance-third party funding systems and willingness to learn
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
