Community Behavioral Consultant

Position Overview:
As a Community Programs Assistant Behavioral Consultant, you will take charge of the Treatment Team, managing therapeutic services for each individual client. This position entails overseeing the work of Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) assigned to your caseload, with ongoing support and training provided in accordance with IBHS Regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the Treatment Team in delivering high-quality behavioral health services.
- Ensure compliance with IBHS Regulations while providing guidance to team members.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Must meet one of the following criteria:
- Completion of all requirements for a Behavior Specialist License, pending experience.
- Possession of certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or an equivalent undergraduate-level certification in Behavior Analysis.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in ABA services, along with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and accredited ABA coursework from a recognized institution.
