Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting behavioral assessments, and providing supervision and training to our team of behavior technicians.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
  • Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in ABA and implement evidence-based interventions

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Special Education)
  • BCBA certification and licensure (if required by state)
  • Experience working with individuals with ASD and their families
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
