Behavioral Health Consultant

**Job Summary:**
The Behavioral Health Consultant for KidsPeace receives extra supervision, training, and oversight to serve as the primary therapist on the Treatment Team, coordinating all treatment services for each client on their caseload. This role is responsible for clinically supervising Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) and/or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) assigned to their cases.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide clinical supervision to BHTs and/or RBTs assigned to cases
- Coordinate treatment services for clients on their caseload
- Collaborate with the Treatment Team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) Regulations
**Qualifications:**
- Meet one of the following:
- Have met all qualifications for the Behavior Specialist License except the required experience
- Have a certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or other accredited undergraduate-level certification in Behavior Analysis
- Have a minimum of 6 months of experience in providing ABA services and a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of credits in ABA from an accredited college/university
