Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for our valued members, addressing inquiries regarding their memberships, facilitating reservations at our various camping locations, and assisting in trip planning through our affiliate programs.

This full-time role is essential for maintaining a high level of member satisfaction and is available immediately.

About Us:

Midwest Outdoor Resorts is a premier membership camping organization situated in the Midwest, with multiple locations across South Dakota and Minnesota. This position is based at one of our scenic resorts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls to the main resort line, providing assistance with reservations and membership-related questions.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of various membership types and associated affiliate programs.
  • Document all member interactions accurately in our member management software.
  • Handle reservation requests for all camping resorts under the Midwest Outdoor Resorts umbrella.
  • Participate in membership events held during the summer, engaging with members and enhancing their experience.
