About the Role

As a Cafe Associate at Sam's Club, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional customer service and prepares high-quality food for our members. Your passion for food and commitment to excellence will make a significant impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food to our members, ensuring high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
  • Utilize digital tools to make immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, and receiving club pick-up orders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing member concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Food Service experience preferred.
  • Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Certification.
