About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned marketing leader to drive awareness and demand generation for Amazon Web Services (AWS) within the healthcare and non-profit sectors. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the way healthcare systems modernize and transform their services and patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business and sales leaders to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including market segmentation, messaging, and campaign execution.
  • Develop and execute aligned marketing plans to drive demand generation and pipeline growth in support of healthcare and non-profit business targets.
  • Leverage corporate-level product marketing campaigns and materials to accelerate and maximize results through extensions to regional customers across the United States.
  • Extend generative artificial intelligence (AI) campaigns and highlight compelling AI stories across non-profit business verticals.
  • Communicate regularly with internal business and sales leaders, including regular updates with the broader healthcare and non-profit sales and business development teams.
  • Ensure healthcare and non-profit target customers, customer stories, and business priorities are top of mind in all marketing activities.
  • Earn trust and maintain strong relationships across the organization, working in conjunction with other marketing leaders and with peers.
  • Monitor and report on campaign results and effectiveness, including ROI and recommended changes as needed.
About the Team

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success.
