Netsimco, a Saalex company based in Middletown, RI, is seeking an administrative support specialist to provide high-quality support services for government agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effective word processing and document creation
  • Development and analysis of spreadsheets
  • Issue documentation and financial analysis
  • Data collection and report preparation
  • Brief preparation and meeting record keeping
  • Milestone schedule management

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Additionally, proficiency in Google Applications, Microsoft Suite, and SharePoint is required.

Requirements
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication skills
  • Basic understanding of protocol and military structure
  • Proficiency in Google Applications, Microsoft Suite, and SharePoint

The successful candidate will also possess Defense Travel System User training/certification and be able to obtain a DOD security clearance. The position is AA/EEO compliant and offers a competitive salary.

Compensation Package

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary of $70,000, which is within the range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year. This is a highly competitive salary that reflects the expertise and qualifications required for this role.
