Nursing Support Specialist

Lifespan Corporation seeks a qualified Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will work closely with Registered Nurses to provide personalized care and support services to patients in various healthcare settings.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Deliver high-quality patient care through assistance with daily living activities, basic nursing tasks, and other related duties
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans that meet individual needs
* Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality
* Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
* Active Rhode Island licensure as a Nursing Assistant
* High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred
* Proficiency in basic computer skills and electronic health record systems
* BLS certification from the American Heart Association
**Estimated Salary:** $48,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
