Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Custodian. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dealership.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the entire dealership is kept in a clean and orderly condition, including hallways, stairs, and office spaces.
  • Perform a variety of tasks, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming, as well as using machinery to clean the showroom floor.
  • Dust the entire facility, including furniture and fixtures.
  • Maintain multiple bathrooms and a kitchen, ensuring they are clean and well-stocked.
  • Empty trash and garbage containers regularly.
  • Perform minor and routine painting, electrical, and other maintenance activities using hand tools.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Previous janitorial or maintenance experience is preferred.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
