Job Summary

The LVN Charge Nurse will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. This position requires a skilled and compassionate nurse who can lead and manage a team of caregivers to provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct regular rounds to assess resident condition and implement care plans as directed
* Administer medications as prescribed and perform narcotic reconciliation
* Collaborate with the physician to ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident visits
* Identify and address significant changes in resident condition and take necessary action per facility policies and procedures
* Supervise and monitor aides to ensure quality care is provided

Requirements

* Active Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of Texas in good standing
* Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is preferred
