Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sourcing and supply market analysis for global service procurement projects within the United States.
  • Engage in the communication and validation of procurement requirements, while overseeing supplier sourcing and on-site evaluations in Europe.
  • Facilitate the introduction of local suppliers and manage contracts, aiding business expansion, innovating operational models, identifying trending market resources, and ensuring a steady supply of premium resources.
  • Oversee the execution and performance management of local procurement contracts, encompassing purchasing, payment processes, risk management, supplier performance, and team ranking oversight.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in service procurement.
  • A comprehensive understanding of procurement principles and processes, alongside a foundational knowledge of the Internet industry.
  • Proficient English communication skills for seamless interaction, with substantial experience in business writing and negotiation.
  • Exceptional coordination and communication abilities, capable of independently conducting business negotiations and ensuring successful implementation outcomes.
  • A collaborative team player, quick learner, able to thrive under pressure, and eager to embrace new challenges.
  • A passion for gaming, with prior experience working with Chinese teams being advantageous.

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $86,350 to $172,270 annually, influenced by market location and varying based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional compensation may include a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and restricted stock units, along with other medical, financial, and/or additional benefits, depending on the specific position offered.
