Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Retention Advisors to achieve sales targets and improve customer retention
  • Conduct regular 1-1 meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to develop team members
  • Collaborate with the Telesales & Retention Manager to develop and implement sales strategies

  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer retention and sales performance

What We Offer

  • A competitive basic salary
  • Group annual bonus (discretionary) up to 6.5% of annual salary
  • 36 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) with an option to buy or sell a further 5 days
