Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Retention Advisors to achieve sales targets and improve customer retention
  • Conduct regular 1-1 meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to develop team members

  • An understanding of sales techniques and customer retention strategies

  • Driven to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively as part of a team

What We Offer

  • A competitive basic salary
  • Group annual bonus (discretionary) up to 6.5% of annual salary
  • 36 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) with an option to buy or sell a further 5 days
  • A pension scheme with 6% from us, a minimum 3% from you with the option to increase or decrease when you join
