Client Services Representative

Dicio is a boutique firm in Southern California, striving to be a reliable and trustworthy ally delivering metrics for our customers, clients, and partners. As a Client Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact, providing assistance and support to ensure a positive experience.
This role combines leadership, strategic customer engagement, team collaboration, and operational excellence to drive success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage High-Volume Warm Leads: Handle a large number of incoming leads, ensuring each customer receives personalized attention and support.
- Engage and Qualify Customers: Clearly explain various promotional packages to customers and assess their specific needs to determine the best fit.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with the customer service and sales teams to meet client demands effectively and efficiently.
- Coach and Inspire: Partner with the Executive Manager to mentor and motivate your team, fostering their professional growth and career development.
- Promote a Positive Work Environment: Create a motivating and inspirational atmosphere that upholds the brand's integrity and values.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Uphold and execute operational policies and procedures to maintain high brand standards.
- Communicate Promotions and Incentives: Keep the team informed about current promotions, contests, and incentives to drive performance and engagement.
Requirements:
- A leader and someone interested in helping develop our firm and grow with us.
- Preferred 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume sales environment.
- A customer-centric team player who can exceed sales goals and hit office revenue goals.
- Must be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- This position requires spending the majority of the day working directly with customers and relating to all different types of consumers.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
