Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Territory Director, Regional Service Managers, Service Managers, Service Coaches, and Training Team to identify training needs and develop solutions.
  • Provide on-site coaching and guidance to support the development of critical service skills aligned with regional objectives.
  • Develop individualized learning plans to ensure service employees meet readiness targets and review training curricula.
  • Ensure accurate and effective communication of training programs and processes to the field.
  • Provide ongoing training and development support to ensure a problem-solving mindset is applied across the Tesla Service domain.
  • Deliver service-specific training on electric vehicles with complex automotive/electromechanical systems and exhibit expert knowledge of maintenance and repair methods.
Requirements:
  • S3 technician or higher.
  • Degree or certificate in Automotive Technology or equivalent experience.
  • Strong expertise in automotive system repair and training, including reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
  • Ability to collaborate with regional leadership and staff.
  • Highly skilled in common workplace and database software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Valid driver's license required; valid passport preferred for up to 75% travel.

Expected compensation: $60,000 - $132,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits. Pay offered may vary depending on individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
