Our team is responsible for providing nationwide title services. We're looking for a skilled leader to oversee operational functions related to providing title services to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage teams who perform a wide range of duties related to title operations, provide support to branches to clear title, and focus on customer satisfaction
  • Partner with and act as a liaison between groups such as Examining and Underwriting to ensure that compliance, policy adherence, production goals, and timelines are met
  • Manage individual contributors and/or supervisors
  • Accountable for the performance and results of a team within area of specialty
  • Assess departmental priorities to address resource and operational challenges
  • Decisions and problem solving are guided by policies, procedures and department plan; receives guidance from senior leaders
  • Apply understanding of the business and how own area integrates with others to achieve departmental objectives
  • Review the team's ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives
  • Identify and solve technical and operational problems; understand broader impact across the department
  • Manage one or more generally related teams; adapt department plans and priorities to meet short-term service and/or operational objectives
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
Experience
  • Typically requires 8+ years of related work experience
