We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Director to lead our expanding Severe Behavior Program. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the assessment and treatment of severe problem behaviors in individuals, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and treatment effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Clinical Oversight: Supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical services.
  • Functional Behavior Assessments: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the underlying causes of severe problem behaviors.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement behavior intervention plans to address severe problem behaviors.
  • Program Operations: Manage program operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Team Development: Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting professional growth and development.

Requirements:

  • BCBA Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D) certification.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience working as a BCBA.
  • Education: Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Education, or a related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework.
