About the Role

Jewish Family & Children's Service (JFCS) is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to oversee the Adult Integrated Health program. The successful candidate will provide clinical oversight and supervision for direct services, including intake and assessment, provided to adult members and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Assist Clinicians: Provide guidance and support to clinicians in the use of formal and informal resources for clients, including transition, discharge, and aftercare plans for behavioral health services, outreach services, etc.
  • Develop Programs: Aid clinicians in the development of programs aimed at expanding the continuum of services in collaboration with the clinical team members.
  • Clinical Collaboration: Engage in clinical collaboration in the coordination of services with other third-party agencies, such as the Probation/Parole Department, Division of Developmental Disabilities, Arizona Long Term Care, employers, and other providers.
  • Committee Participation: Participate in job-related committees, such as Substance Abuse, Utilization Management, Safety, and Risk Management.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports, such as Incident Reports, CPR referrals, QI/QM activities, performance audits, compilation of meeting minutes, and other reports as needed.
  • Agency Policies and Procedures: Work with the treatment and management teams in implementing agency policies and procedures, acquaint the agency with community trends, identify gaps in services, and work on special projects with committees to better meet the client's needs.
  • CFT and MFT Participation: Participate in and/or facilitate CFT and MFT activities.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's Degree in a human services field.
  • Licensure: Independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) conferred by the AZBBHE.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the behavioral health field, post-master's, and 2 years of management experience in a behavioral health setting.
  • Certifications and Clearances: Ability to maintain licensing and DPS fingerprint clearance.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Management experience is highly preferred.
