We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Director to lead our expanding Severe Behavior Program. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the assessment and treatment of severe problem behaviors in individuals, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and treatment effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Oversight: Provide clinical supervision and guidance to a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Functional Behavior Assessments: Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify underlying causes of problem behaviors.
  • Behavior Intervention Plans: Develop and implement behavior intervention plans to address severe problem behaviors.
  • Treatment Plan Implementation: Implement and monitor treatment plans to ensure effectiveness and client progress.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate behavioral health strategies and ensure comprehensive care.
  • Compliance and Operations: Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and ethical standards, and manage program operations, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting professional growth and development.
Requirements
  • Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D) certification.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years working as a BCBA in a clinical setting.
  • Education: Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor BCBAs and RBTs.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
