Preston Auto Group, a leading Automotive News Top 150 Dealer Group, is seeking an experienced Auto Sales Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in receiving incoming sales calls, establishing relationships with customers, and scheduling appointments for our Sales Associates.

With a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities, this position offers a lucrative compensation package. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental & vision insurance, 401K with employer match, paid uniforms, and paid time off, we also offer employee pricing on new vehicles and free access to our state-of-the-art fitness center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound sales phone calls and leads
  • Identify client needs and schedule appointments
  • Place outbound phone calls to potential leads
  • Ensure all clients' concerns are addressed prior to appointment date
  • Contact clients prior to appointment date to confirm
  • Mailing marketing letters to provided leads
  • Follow up post-visit to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background
  • Computer literacy, strong organizational, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
