About the Role

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the payment processing industry and be able to articulate the value proposition of Xplor's solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at small to medium-sized businesses.
  • Sales Enablement: Work closely with colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new business.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well independently and as part of a team, strong problem-solving skills.
  • Compensation: Estimated salary range: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, full health benefits, 401K match and a commission-only residual model with a portfolio ownership component.
