Industrial Sales Business Development Manager

Nesco Resource is seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing business opportunities and relationships with new and existing customers.
In this role, you will work closely with our Product Management Team to develop annual sales strategies that align with our goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for updating our CRM system to track leads, inquiries, and quoted projects from inception through the selling cycle. Additionally, you will provide input to Product Management on new product developments to capture short and long-term market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute annual sales strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives
• Update CRM system to track leads, inquiries, and quoted projects
• Provide input to Product Management on new product developments
• Interface and communicate with customers to clarify inquiries and requests for quotation
• Collaborate with Sales Application Engineer to match customer needs with machines, parts, process controls, and automation solutions
Qualifications:
• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of technical industrial capital equipment business-to-business sales experience
• Manufacturing process experience with resistance welding and machine automation/controls experience preferred
• Experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks software products (or comparable products)
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings
• Working knowledge of MS Office suite of products
• International/domestic travel required approximately 40-50% of time
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
