About the Role:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their auto glass needs are met.
- Walk customers through the claim process, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Prepare and submit claim forms and invoices in a timely manner.
- Meet with customers to discuss their needs and provide solutions.
- Coordinate with the installation team to schedule appointments.
