Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at National Computer Systems.
This is a full-time position, and the salary range for this role is $75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support for Apple OS and Windows Environments, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft o365 Products, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and in-room technology like Neat and Yealink.
Additionally, you will have experience with print solutions such as Uniflow and Papercut, familiarity with Adobe Cloud Products, Intune, Service Now, and design applications like Solidworks and Keyshot.
You will also have knowledge of Cisco Routers, Firewalls, WiFi Controllers, and Access points, as well as experience with Polycom Video Conferencing Devices.
To be successful in this role, you should have a technical degree and 5-7 years of experience working as a Systems Administrator, with technical certifications being a plus.
ITIL Foundation certification is preferred, and desired Cisco Network Engineering certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent) are also highly valued.
The ideal candidate will have an advanced understanding of LAN and WAN concepts, as well as the ability to troubleshoot network-related issues.
They will also have an advanced understanding of the desktop computing environment, including Windows 10 & 11, Mac O/S, and MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
