Job Title: Technical Workflow Specialist
We are seeking an experienced process engineer with a technology background to contribute to Amazon's operational scale.

The Role:
You will be responsible for analyzing operational processes to design, develop, test, launch, and continuously improve high-quality self-service software products called Paramount workflows.
In this role, you will collaborate with the greater PSAS organization to understand their business models and generate technical requirements supported by program technology.
You will work cross-functionally with product managers, software engineers, business analysts, and program managers on medium to large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design, develop, test, launch, and continuously improve high-quality self-service software products.
- Partner with the PSAS organization to understand business models and generate technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on medium to large-scale projects.
What You'll Get:
We offer a competitive salary of $140,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on your location and experience. This estimate may vary based on factors like cost of living, industry standards, and individual qualifications. In addition to the salary, we provide benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
