Role Overview:
The Human Resources Business Partner at Clarvida plays a pivotal role in supporting organizational leaders and enhancing the employee experience.

By collaborating with leaders, you will ensure compliance with regulations and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives while addressing workforce needs.

As a culture champion, you will ensure that HR initiatives resonate with our core values and adopt a consultative approach.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Employ a consultative HR approach to guide leaders in achieving business objectives.
2. Manage daily HR tasks, including addressing employee inquiries and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
3. Utilize data analytics to collect and report on metrics related to new hires, employee relations, and turnover, identifying trends and providing actionable insights.
4. Oversee the Performance Management process, ensuring that all relevant materials are effectively distributed and collected.
5. Collaborate with operational leaders to assess workforce trends and ensure that training and resources are aligned with organizational goals.
6. Maintain essential HR documentation and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
7. Lead employee relations initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture that reflects Clarvida's values.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- BA/BS degree preferred; MA/MS degree highly preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience in HR Business Partner or Employee Relations roles
- Proven ability to influence organizational performance through effective HR strategies.

Skills Required:
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong critical and strategic thinking abilities
- Proven leadership and project management skills
- Ability to mentor and develop others to drive positive change.

Work Environment:
This role may involve occasional travel and requires adaptability to various work settings, including office environments.
