- Manage large volumes of customer inquiries and issues through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and in-person interactions.

- Evaluate customer documents to ensure accurate information is obtained for billing purposes.
- Communicate with insurance companies and prior authorization requests to ensure seamless service.
- Enter customer information into our customer information system to ensure accurate records.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of customer needs and trends to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time-management and organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
